Man disguised as Amazon driver robs fast-lending store in Ohio, police say



COLUMBUS, Ohio – A man disguised as an Amazon delivery driver and armed with a handgun robbed a quick loan store, police say.

A police press release says the suspect entered a Check ‘n Go on the 1900 block of East Dublin Granville Road at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. The man told a clerk he had a package that required a signature.

The man then removed a handgun and ordered the clerk to go to a back room, forcing the clerk to open a safe, police said. The suspect walked away with an undisclosed sum of money.

Police believe the man is in his twenties, is around 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs 140 to 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and wore an Amazon delivery uniform, black gloves, a black hat, and a white medical mask.
