IIFL Home Finance Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of IIFL Finance Ltd., recorded 12% year-over-year growth in its AUM (Assets Under Management) and disbursed loans totaling nearly ??3,000 crore in the first semester ending September 30 of the 2021-22 fiscal year, with total assets under management of ??21,474 crores on the same date.

The company recorded 19% year-on-year growth in its loan portfolio, amounting to ??15,320.99 crore (for the six-month period ending September 30, 2021) against a loan portfolio of ??12,892.74 crore as of September 30, 2020. In addition, the company’s after-tax profit (PAT) increased by 70% year-over-year, amounting to ?? 284.02 crore, for the six-month period ending September 30, 2021. The reported net NPA (non-performing assets) for the same period is 1.40%.

Despite the macroeconomic headwinds, the company pursues its financial and sustainable growth.

IIFR HFL INKS CO-LOAN AGREEMENTS WITH MAIN BANKS

The company has also signed a co-loan agreement with banks such as Punjab National Bank (India’s second largest public sector bank), Central Bank & Union Bank of India for home loans and with Standard Chartered Bank. (one of the major foreign banks in India) for providing credit to MSMEs through secured business loans. IIFL HFL has also signed a pact with ICICI Bank for the provision and service of home loans and secured business loans.

IIFL HFL has disbursed loans totaling ??610 Crore to date, under these provisions, as of November 30, 2021.

IIFR HFL LAUNCHES GREEN HOME LOAN PRODUCT AND STRENGTHENS COMMITMENT TO “AFFORDABLE GREEN HOUSING” IN INDIA

The IIFL HFL recently announced the launch of its new eco-friendly home loan product, highlighting the need for an affordable ‘green’ housing ecosystem in India. With the new product, IIFL HFL offers a flat rate discount of 0.25% on the mortgage interest rate if the mortgage client purchases an apartment / property pre-certified by IGBC (Gold / Platinum rating) or GRIHA (4/5 star rating). This offer is applicable to all new home loan clients across the country who meet the prerequisites and product conditions as defined by the IIFL HFL.
